Form Inspiration:
To play up the semantics of the drawer pulls (designed as abstracted woodpeckers), I created drawers that keep them high above the ground.

Materials & Production:
The drawer pulls were modeled in Solidworks, and then SLA printed. The SLA part was used to make a silicone mold, from which I cast several urethane pulls. The pulls were then sprayed with high gloss finish.       The drawers are birch plywood, with all connections using 45-degree angles to eliminate the appearance of seams.
